I bought this shoe to wear with church dresses. I'm disappointed I had to return them. I wanted an ivory color and that color is not an option so I chose bone thinking it would be the same. The color is more of a tan/beige and not ivory. Also, shoe was too big in the heel and I wear a size 4.5. It is a nice style but just not for me.

I love the way this shoe looks--especially with my new ball gowns for the holidays. It makes both my flowing lavender chiffon empire dress and my apple red halter gown stand out from the crowd with just the right height for someone who never wears heels and always wears sensible shoes. The pearl is beautiful and the classic pump is perfect. On the down side, the top edge is a little stiff and hard to deal with and the bottom of the shoe is SLIPPERY--I nearly fell walking on the carpet at [...] just walking in my gowns for my alternations fittings! Buy the no-slip stickers for the bottom of these shoes if you don't want to break your neck! Ice is less slick than the bottom of these!

I work in an office setting, and the shoes compliment professional attire. The tortoise coloring works well with a variety of outfits without being the center of attention, and I like the style. What's not so great is that the shoes have a slippery sole, so caution must be used when walking on tile or carpet. Also, the width of the shoe is narrow. I wear a medium width shoe and have no difficulty in wearing other brands; these shoes had to be returned - at my expense - and exchanged for a wider width.

The first time I bought a pair of these shoes was in a store where I tried a couple of different sizes and widths... I routinely wear a 9N -- too tight - 9 1/2 N, still a little snug and too long, so I tried 8 1/2 M -- ahhh perfection! I've bought this shoe in different colors, replaced "worn to death" ones and have just ordered my 14th Angel pump. This wonderfully priced, heavenly comfortable pump has taken me out of the $100+ market altogether! This shoe is definitely on the lower end. It was supposed to be a 6N but had gaps, did not fit well. It has a lovely look, but the construction is the best. A person needs have a wider foot for this shoe. The back heel does not come up high enough to hold the narrower foot in the shoe.

I loved the style of the shoe. But it was too long, I had to stuff paper in the toe so it would stay on my foot as I walked. I almost broke my leg the first time I wore them because the heel is made of plastic and I slipped on the tile floor and landed on my knee and elbow. They were quite bruised. I took them to a shoe repair store and they took off the plastic heels and replaced them with rubber. I did not slip once after that. Not sure if I would buy them again. I have bought them in the past and these did not meet my expectations. I have worn others from this company for nearly 20 years without incident. But I would cost me too much to return them.

I really liked the shoe, but the rounded toe made the shoe feel too short. I had ordered the 6.5 first and sent it back because it felt too long and big. I wear a AAA which would make a great deal of difference if it came in that size. Then I could wear the 6.5. The size 6 had my toes rubbing at the end. I held on to these hoping I could wear them, but ended up returning them today for an exchange of another shoe. I was really sorry I could not keep them. I just knew I would be uncomfortable trying to wear them. [...] I have ordered a lot and really like the variety you carry.

I tried to wear these shoes one time after receiving them and cannot tolerate them. They are so hard and stiff that every step in them hurts. They are advertised as being comfortable which was the reason I wanted to try them for work, but they were a waste of money. Wish I had realized how much they were going to hurt before wearing them so I could send them back. This was a waste of money that I cannot afford!!!!

These shoes arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I bought them for an engagement party for my niece and they will do perfect for the occasion! They will lend me syle and comfort. The low heel is perfect for me. The only thing I can complain about is that the shoes are kind of stiff at first but that goes away after wearing them a few times.

I like the shoe but have to send it back. When I put them on with hose it would slide off foot when I tried walking on carpet. I wanted for daughters wedding. Found a flat to wear. The stick that comes in the shoe looked like it stretched the shoe out of shape. Wish I could have woren it because it was a nice looking shoe.

I was suprised at how well this shoe works. You can dress it up or down. The color is a rich royal purple. I have received several compliments on these shoes. They are comfortable too. I intend to purchase thsi shoe in a few more colors.

i wanted this shoe because you don't see such a color and style on people's feet everyday. great for all times. dress it up or down. i was going to order a med size but thought it would be too snug on my wide foot. my feet came completely out of the shoes--especially my larger foot. would love to see this in a sling back of an inch and a half and up.

I have worn these Angel Pumps to work for at least the past 10 years. I have a pair in every color. They are truly comfortable and easy to wear. The 10 narrow fits perfectly and I replace them about every 2 years because they wear so well. I have never found a work shoe that is more comfortable or versatile. I wear them with slacks, skirts and dresses.
