I use it almost eveyday to work. I do rotate because I don't want to wear it out--I am getting there with my first pair, it's the reason for this second one. I like the heel--perfect height, width and thickness. Material is pretty durable. The only con, I think, is the color of the area around the sole--it comes off after a few uses. Classic pair of pumps for the office. I purchased a "C" width, and felt it was not wide at all, it felt like a medium "B" width. They will need a little breaking in, but are pretty comfortable. Also, I purchased what I believed was genuine suede (I should have read description more carefully), it is man made material. They are a basic, every day kind of office wear shoe.

This is the second time I've bought these same shoes. They are totally classic and go with everything, and I wore the old ones out. Ordered on Sunday morning and paid almost half the price of the shoe for express service but the shoes did not arrive until Friday. Ordering express didn't matter at all.

I will tell friends that if they order from you not to bother using Express 2-Day, because it's pointless.

I am very hard to fit since I sometimes wear a 4-1/2 or 5. A 5 can often be too large. This shoe serves the purpose of a basic dress pump, which is what I was looking for. I have it also in navy, black and black patent. Yes, 4 pairs of shoes exactly alike, just different colors. I don't wear them daily or for all day wear, but could. They are intended for more dressy occasions. My only wish is that they were real leather. But, at this price I can't complain.

I have always worn this Classic style for the office and Church. I can stand for long periods of time comfortably. This is probably the 4th time I have ordered this shoe. This time however the widths 9w seem to be more narrower than usual. I kept the shoes though.

I have had problems with the red and ivory color. Both shoes I wore to work where the sole unglued off the bottom of the front of the shoe, making it difficult to walk around the rest of the day at work in the shoe. It also happened on another pair of ivory color that was sent to me. Also, the lining on the inside wore out on them quickly. I didn't have problems with the other colors of these shoes.

Keep the Claire style coming!

I wanted a dress shoe for work that was at least moderately comfortable, had a classic look, and was not too expensive. I love the look of the shoe, but the comfort wasn't there. It didn't fit my foot well. I bought 2 pairs in 2 different sizes, but there was no improvement in comfort. Another foot might fit the shoe well.

I ordered this shoe in navy, black and black patent and will order in brown when restocked. I have small feet and have much difficulty finding shoes and this one fits well. I am very pleased with the fit and this style for dress occasions. The only thing better would be this shoe made in leather.
