These appear like nice pumps, but for the money spent for them, they're just not worth it. Too wide at the heel, had to put heel grips in to keep them from slipping off, I ordered the wide, but their wide fits more like a B or medium width, which make my toes feel cramped, uppers are stiff, and the soles have some kind of goofy design on them and people try to look at the bottoms of your feet to see what's on there. I'll choose another brand next time, meanwhile, I'll never get the use out of these I thought I would.

I need a AAA to really fit. I got the WOW shoe more for special occasions then everyday. So, I can not speak to long term comfort, or how the show wears. It looks great and seems to fit well out of the box. The bronze color is like a dark metallic gold, so it will be perfect for my many brown-tone outfits, in addition to working as a more stylish look. I hope it proves comfortable and long-lasting.

Comfortable right out of the box because the sizing is true -- there's actual width in the wide widths (something that not all dress shoes have). I wore them all day with no discomfort at all, and no pain when I took them off in the evening. Plus, the styling is really flattering and the heel is high enough to look like you have heels on without being so high that you're pitched forward with every step. I have them in black and bone, but will be buying more colors!

WOW! This is the most COMFORTABLE pump I have EVER had! I have a wide, flat foot with a high instep (go figure). Despite the poor arch support and being slightly loose on the heel, I can still stand and walk ALL DAY in this shoe. Bella Vita needs to make this shoe in EVERY COLOR KNOWN TO HUMAN KIND! According to the sizing chart standards of measurement, my size should be a 10 1/2. However, I knew that measuring to the longest point of my foot is risky, because my smaller toes don't slope off in length as dramatically as other people's toes. So, I ordered these shoes in 11--really glad I did, because the 11's are almost too short. I got them in an AA, because I have very narrow feet. Apparently my feet are even narrower than I thought, because my heels slip out of these shoes over and over when I walk. For that reason, they cause blisters. HOWEVER, these shoes are a much closer fit to my strange feet (love my feet, just need to find strange shoes to match!) than anything I've tried on before. If you have more normally-shaped feet and really know your size, these are a great buy. They're incredibly cute and stylish. I'm going to try fixing them to fit me better with shoe inserts and such.

I really wear a 4.5 but I have been looking and looking for a more stylish pointy toe pump. This one had the right heal height as well so even though I wear a smaller sz than was offered I tried it. I have put a few pads in it and am thrilled that it seems to be working. Just because I am smaller doesn't mean I don't want to be fashionable. I watch "What Not to Wear" and especially for petite people they always suggest a pointy toe shoe...to elongate. Wish you had some flats with points as well. Thanks for carrying smaller sizes, because no one else does I am forced to buy almost exclusively through you.

The color was perfect for my dress. Although I loved the shoe and for the most part it was true to size, for those of us with a super narrow heal I still had to stuff and adjust in order to keep it from slipping off my heal. No, I can not go down a size as I already did. Pump heals could be a little more narrow from mfg.
However, you are doing a great job in those hard to find sizes with appropriate heal heights for us stylish over 50 age group. Keep up the good work!

I have this shoe in taupe, pewter, bone, celery and black patent. Because of my extremely narrow feet, I have to put a light pad and heel tape in it to keep it on my foot. I have this problem with all shoes that don't come in a A4 width and even some that do are too wide. Just something I have learned to live with. This is a shoe that I can make work.

I love the style of the shoe, but it does not feel like a true size 6. It gaps at the heel and I will wear mostly with slacks. It is still comfortable; it's just that the gap hinders the look.

I like their very classy design and comfort. I liked them so well I have ordered a pair in Navy also. I normally order a 7 1/2 N but they were too big so I returned them for a 7N and they are great. So I guess they are sized a little bit smaller than other brands but now that I know, not a problem.

This is such a beautiful shoe. I feel that there was some mistake in the sizing. I have worn a 5 1/2 for 40 years and have never had a size issue until now. When I put it on, there was over 1/2 inch space at the heel. I can't believe no one else has met with this problem. I'm sending it back.

I particularly like these shoes because I like to wear heels but can't wear very high heels (because of arthritic knees). So, I like the same style as those with 3 or 4" heels, especially in larger sizes. These are stylish and comfortable AND come in larger sizes.

I wear them 2 to 3 times a week because I have a lot of suits/skirts that go with them. They're very comfortable and a good heel height for wearing all day at the office.
Needed to return the first pair due to a defect in the leather causing a tear, however, received a refund very quickly even though I couldn't find my original order form. I reordered the same shoe in black and another pair in taupe.

This is a beautiful, well made shoe. It did not work for me only beacause I found it difficult to walk in. For others who are comfortable in high heels it is perfect. It is very stylish. Highly recommend it.

I think I ordered too narrow a size, i.e. AAA instead of AA but I am happy that at least [...]has narrow sizes that are affordable. The shoe's look is expensive although it wasn't expensive. I would recommend this.

Beautiful shoe, nice soft leather and very stylish. Nice to finally have a shoe with nice looking heels and classy toe. I do find the heel height higher than 2", It's more like 2 1/2. Had to think about if I really wanted them bad enough to have the higher heel.
