These are great, stylish and comfortable shoes that can be worn all day long. When worn with pants, they look like a boot. I have these in brown and black. A word of caution: They run narrow. I have a AA narrow foot. The AA size is more like a AAA. I got them in medium (in my regular length) which was a much better fit.

This shoe runs true to width. It's difficult for me to find 10.5 A3 or A4, and often they are either too narrow or too wide. These shoes are perfect. The leather is soft and comfortable; it doesn't get much better than these!

I love this style shoe! I have it in several colors and use them all the time for every occasion from casual to slightly dressy. This Trotter Ash loafer is the only narrow shoe I have ordered that fits really well. Unfortunately, the Trotter dress pumps I have tried have not lived up to this one. The dress pumps are too wide in the heel like other narrow brands. I have two pairs of these Trotter Ash loafers.

This shoe feels great. I ordered it in a 6/12 N, and found I really needed a 6 N. It was just that tiny bit too large. I have issues with different shoes fitting being just a tiny bit small or a tiny bit large. This one has more room than some other Narrows, so the 1/2 size down would have been a better choice.

These shoes needed one or two days to break in, but after that, they fit comfortably. I work four hours a night on my feet and I wear these shoes which look great and don't hurt my feet. I don't know if they would be comfortable to wear all day on your feet, but I would recommend them if you don't spend all day on your feet and you like great looking shoes.

My normal size is 6.5 B width. This shoe was too narrow and far too tight. I see where another customer had same experience. I've never had to order a wide width, and a 7 I feel sure would be too long. It's a great looking shoe and more true to the color navy than the Trotter one I ordered which were almost black-looking. If it weren't for the size problem, I'd probably recommend it.

I now own 3 pair in 3 colors and I alternate each pair practically each day. I wear wide fit and they're great. My sister bought medium fit and she liked hers too. The only bad thing is that the heel is leather(-like) covered plastic and they peel and can become slippery as the bottom of the heel wears. But the fit is phenomenol and the design is classic. Love them!

While wearing this shoe, my right foot was accidentally in the way while closing my door to my home. Despite very little force being used to close the door, a portion of the leather was easily taken off on the top of the shoe. This cannot be repaired and I have had to use a permanent ink pen to cover the area where the leather was removed. Fortunately, the shoe is black and is not very noticeable with the black ink pen. Despite this, I still love the shoe because of its fit and appearance.
