This is a really cute shoe and fairly comfortable. However, it is a little stiff and needs breaking in to be comfortable wearing all day. The style is a little weird, too because the flap over the toe sticks out way further than the size of the shoe, making me think I should have gotten a smaller size. However, I think that is just the style because I have other Van Eli shoes that are true to length size. I still like it and wear it to the office.

I bought these shoes for Easter and to wear to my son's graduation from Marine Boot Camp, where we will be doing a lot of walking! They did not require any break-in time to feel good but are comfortable from the "GET GO". One of the tiny straps caught on my little toe, but I just hand-stitched it to the upper leather and fixed that problem! I love it that they are so dressy and yet so comfortable!

Toe area is very long and narrow, so if the width of your foot allows, go down in size in order to fill the toe box. The narrow straps and lighweight structure will stretch with wear and make it work right. Shoe a little too "strappy" for heavy wear/long walking. But, overall, a great look for skirts or slacks. I purchased two pairs, in beige and navy.

Heel wears out very quickly. In fact after only a few outings. As a result is quick slip on hard surfaces such as tile floors, etc. Very unsafe. I love the shoe and plan to take my pair to a shoe repairman. Hopefully, a new heel can be applied. However, I won't buy this shoe again due to the unsafe feature and early cost of repairing.
