Since I like white shoes and I wear them, I would like to find a product I can use to keep canvas clean longer and one that really gets the stains out when they do get dirty. I find when I wash canvas shoes, they sometimes dry with yellow water marks on them.

I bought these shoes to replace the identical pair that has gotten soiled and will be relegated to gardening duty. I also have them in three other colors. I live in them for casual wear during the late spring, summer and early fall. They are good with shorts, jeans, casual slacks and casual skirts. They do get dirty easily, and the recommended "spot cleaning" does not work particularly well. But they're well worth buying regardless for those of us with narrow feet who are challenged to find casual summer shoes.

This is a classic style that I wear constantly in the summer. I prefer them over sandals. The canvas allows it to be breathable in hot weather. The one downside is that the canvas fabric wears out and gets stained fairly quickly if you're not careful so I find I have to replace relatively frequently. Its worth it though for the comfort and fit.

This was not the first pair of the keds champion slip on and it won't be the last that I have purchased both for my self and for family members.The only problem is they do seem to be inconsistent in size. A size 8 wide was always perfect and this time it felt really much too large both in length and width. Once you get the correct fit however the shoe is comfortable and light weight. It is so convenient to just slip in to these and go. Very comfortable and versatile too. I use older ones for gardening and the new ones for wear going out or on errands.

Because it is not a good supporting shoe, I cannot wear it for distance walking. It is comfortable for casual wear when sneakers are too casual and leather flats are too dressy.

This is my third pair (also have navy and black) of these Keds slip-ons. Between the narrow width and the elastic, finally I found a lightweight summer casual shoe I can keep on my feet. When you want more than a flip-flop, this is it. I wear them pretty much everywhere but work or dress all summer long -- good with shorts, jeans, casual skirts and casual slacks. They're kind of like wearing slippers. The light color will probably stain, but I don't consider canvas shoes to be a long-term investment.

I'm a serious gardener with wide feet, and wore a pair of these through 2 summers of lawnmowing, weeding, harvesting, kneeling, walking. The only slip-on I have found that holds up to slipping on and off several times a day without the back breaking down. They are comfortable, cool, easy to wear. After 2 hard-working summers, the sole is just starting to separate at the outside edge of the foot. Can't complain about that, and I'm in the process of ordering a new pair.
