The shoe is very attractive, however when I put them on the seam at the top of the foot digs in terribly.

I stuffed the whole front of the shoe with tissue paper hoping to stretch the area and loosen up how hard the seam sits on the foot.

I almost purchased the shoe in a different color, but I'm glad I didn't knowing how these fit.

These espadrilles are a perfect summer shoe. They're comfortable and look great with shorts or a summer dress. I purchased a pair last summer and my only complaint is that they run slightly wide. I normally wear a medium width shoe but in this shoe I've ordered narrow width this time which fits perfectly. Overall, I love this shoe and would love to see it in more colors!

I searched high and low for 2 years for a pair of espadrilles that fit well and did not feel like they would last only 2-3 weeks before falling apart. It's great these come in a wide width; heel height is just right; very comfortable. I now have 8 pairs of these. I have a tendency to walk out of slip-on shoes, so I punch a hole at the back of the shoe, string color-matching shoe strings and tie them on like a ballerina slippers. Perfect. I would recommend these to everyone!! Great shoe for casual and work.

I have searched endlessly for a brown canvas espadrille that has a flattering heel, yet not too high. This shoe was stiff but I suspect would give over time. However, the shoe would not hug my heels. It was as if the heel area wasn't deep enough. Even with heel inserts it wouldn't stay on my feet when I walked heel to toe. Also, even though it had a rubber bottom, it was slick and didn't grab the surface of the floor.

In enclosed shoes I normally wear size 6.5. In open sandals and thongs...size 7.0. I assumed that a 6.5 would work for this shoe but it was too tight. I have a shoe-stretcher, so I lightly stretched it for 24 hours and now the shoe fits perfectly! It is well-made and goes with just about anything throughout spring, summer, and fall here in the south. I want to order more!

I wore espadrilles in H.S. and College and wore them out (they lasted four years!). I really missed the versatility this shoe brings. I've been wearing the "Sue" Easy Street espadrille for years. The "Ivy" looks a little dressier to my mind, but doesn't cradle my foot quite as comfortably, perhaps due to the higher heal. Didn't know how comfortable they would be when worn for long periods of time. On my feet most of the day at work and find my feet still feel fine at the end of the day. Can be worn with my work pants, casual pants and skirts and even in the evening when going out with the girls.

Fashionable, great colors, good heel-height for many occasions. Will be good for skirts, jeans, linen in spring and summer. I will purchase in basic colors as well as the Fuchsia and Lime I have now. Not a throw-away shore. Made very well and very comfortable.

I have wanted espadrilles like these for years but couldn't find them. These were purchased in the Fuchsia and Lime colors. They are comfortable, fashionable, and will be most enjoyed in spring with linen and jeans. Having a narrow foot is always problematic especially with espadrilles which usually can only be found in Medium-B width. I would like to have other colors as well.These are well-made and not a throw-away shoe.
