best I've been able to get. Since they have a
Velcro closer, I will have to take them to a shop

Totally delighted with this shoe! When it arrived, I was excited about it all day "like a kid with new shoes." Once I decided to order this pair of shoes, I could hardly wait for them to arrive -- and they [...]are very good quality. I am hard to fit, with a long and narrow foot. At times I can hardly keep a shoe on my foot because they are too loose and I have been known to walk right out of them. I look for long vamps, but was hesitant to try velcro (rather than a tie) since it might not wear well and I wasn't sure it would be snug enough. I was delighted to find the shoe fit securely even before fastening the velcro,which made it even more secure on my foot. The velcro continues to work very efficiently. I also have limited, if any, stylish choices in 11 SS, and wanted something attractive to wear everyday. Also wanted to be able to wear it right in to the gym. It works well for both. I wanted some non-loafer, very comfortable, casual everyday shoe that looks fashionable and trendy --and this shoes fills the bill. I am certain I will be reordering this very same shoe in additional colors.

I wear this shoe almost everyday and for all around use. It is attrative and confortable and I believe of good quality. I wear it with dressier pants or jeans - it goes with both. The thing I appreciate most is that Munro makes the very narrow sizes that actually fit a very narrow foot like mine. I also appreciate the fact that these sizes are available.

Am very pleased with this shoe - have worn out the 1st pair of black ones that I had. Since my foot size is really 5A rather than 4A, these are a bit wide but the adjustable closure helps alot.

In September '08 I bought a pair like these to wear to Europe. I wore them for 13 days straight and never had an uncomfortable moment. In the past year I've worn them VERY frequently and was starting to feel the inner structure of the sole, so I bought these to replace them.

It's made in the USA which is great BUT it is expensive. The shoe fits well, is comfortable and it remains to be seen how well it holds up over time. At this price, I doubt I will be buying additional pairs in different colors for variety.

I have a size 14 women's shoe. It is nearly impossible to find attractive, comfortable shoes to fit me. These Munro shoes are exceptional. I am willing to pay the expensive price for the quality I received. I would rather have this shoe in black and brown and nothing else in my "dress shoe" closet than 15 pairs of other shoes that just do not fit or hold up. PLEASE MAKE MORE SIZE 14 AND 15 SHOES AND BOOTS. THERE ARE MANY OF US OUT HERE WHO NEED THEM!

Incredibly comfortable & well-made shoe. It rubs a bit on my right foot, but that is probably due to the fact that my right foot is a half size smaller than my left. The left shoe is perfect!

I reviewed this shoe before I bought it, because it's expensive. I agree with what every review said. I wore it all over cobblestone streets to tour Europe, on the ship, shopping, etc. My feet did not hurt in 2 weeks, and I wore it everyday, all day. I have little narrow, bony feet, and I have a terrible time finding shoes that are comfortable to walk in for more than 2 hours. This one is it. Bought it in the dark color for fall. Light color gets dirty easily. But I can live with that -- a little soap and water cleans it up. I did purchase it one size wider since I wear it with socks, and it fit perfectly.

This fits beautifully on a difficult foot and is flattering to a larger foot ( 12M). Have been looking for a velcro-closure casual shoe for a long time. Hope they will wear well, but to be safe I immediately ordeed another pair in black and will probably get another color as well.

I wore this shoe all over Europe this past fall. It was so comfortable and women were always asking where I had gotten such a good looking shoe. It went through all sorts of terrain and weather and still felt good and looked good. It doesn't slip on any surface and is perfect for walking or climbing. I didn't even break it in. The only think I didn't use it for was dancing as it grips the floor too well.

The Munro Jolie is the only shoe I wear. The first day I wore these shoes (2 years ago), I had a long day from LAX to Canada. Usually with new shoes you are in agony by the end of the day, however, the shoes were so comfortable that I forgot I had on new shoes.
