As almost everyone says, buy 1 size larger than needed. They are very comfortable and stylish. They give you the added height us short ladies need. You can hydroplane on a hard watery surface (cement, tiles, etc) so walk around the water or PAY ATTENTION to foot placement while on watery surface. They are hard to find so I've bought extra of these Elevation shoes so I won't run out when these wear out.

When I first put on these sandals, they were very comfortable. However, I made the mistake of wearing them on a shopping trip, and I am not used to this high a heel. I was pretty uncomfortable after walking around for a couple hours. They are really, really cute, tho, and I will wear them again, but not for shopping or walking for long periods of time. They were a little snug after the second hour, but I think my feet were swelling by that time.
