There's an often repeated adage that what's important is not the destination, but the journey. No one lives and breathes this saying better than the craftsmen and innovators of Merrell shoes. From humble beginnings in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Merrell shoes have grown into the world-roaming leader for outdoor performance footwear.
For more than 25 years, Merrell shoes have been committed to addressing the ever-changing needs of the outdoor enthusiast. From natural to urban, the environment and requirements of today's adventurer are in a constant state of flux. This ever-changing evolution has given Merrell shoes the necessary drive to not only keep pace with, but exceed, the constantly transforming expectations.
Since the concept of "outdoors" has evolved, so have Merrell shoes. From all-leather hiking boots to plastic telemarking boots to the moc shoe that single-handily lead to the creation of the Aftersport category, Merrell shoes has strived to all always consider the needs of the outdoor enthusiast above all else. It's one of the main reasons they've repeatedly won the Design Excellence Award for Outdoor Footwear Brand.
With Merrell shoes the philosophy is simple – whether you want to challenge the elements or hit the streets, do whatever it takes to Get Outdoors. Enjoy our selection of Merrell shoes.
As a native Californian living in upstate NY for 20+ years, I am pretty picky about snow/winter boots. These Merrells are the best yet. Attractive, easy on and off, warm all the way to the top, well-cushioned with room for my superfeet inserts. We haven't had any sub-zero weather yet, but I think these will be warm enough while wearing wool socks. One minus - bit stiff at first with some rubbing on ankles. Went away within 3+ uses.
This boot runs small, I normally wear an 8, so I ordered an 8.5 & they were still to small. I called customer service was very helpful with return & although I did not exchange because of wait time - I just reordered to get them sooner in a 9
I wasn't sure whether to get these or the taller version Merrill has so I ordered both to compare. The 3/4 height of these is perfect, it makes wearing them less of a Big Boot Commitment, more of an easy, slip them on and go thing. The color is perfect, and they are suede-ish, not shiny, so they are more casual and blend in well with jeans and leggings
